About Pui Au-Earls
Why I want to work with Gratia Plena:
Gratia Plena has always felt like home to me. I began here as a student intern and later served as a clinician for many years before returning as Clinical Manager. Along the way, I have worked in a variety of settings (college counseling, adolescent treatment, and intensive outpatient care) but my heart has always been drawn back to the integration of faith and mental health.
I have seen how often a client’s faith can be overlooked or misunderstood in traditional clinical settings, and how transformative it can be when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Gratia Plena’s mission to offer faith-informed, evidence-based care reflects the kind of work I believe most deeply in: compassionate, integrative, and rooted in cura personalis.
