About Sofia Hoeft
Sofia is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and parishioner at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is bilingual (English and Spanish), and was born in Argentina. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and relational concerns. She has experience supporting college students, emerging adults, and adults through major life changes and questions of purpose.
She takes a holistic, relational approach to counseling and strives to create a warm space where clients feel empowered to grow and make meaningful, lasting change. Her masters degree is from the University of St. Thomas. Her bachelors degrees from Benedictine College are in Psychology and Spanish. She is supervised by Christina Garcia, LPC-S.
