About Marco Tapia

I received my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling (CMHC) from the University of St. Thomas and my bachelors degree from Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University). I have extensive knowledge in providing mental health services from my previous and current work with Journey Through Life as well as from my internship experience within the University of St. Thomas. Through my experiences in these settings I have developed an appreciation for the privilege that it is to be able to help others in navigating through various issues and challenges that might occur from time to time. I take an eclectic approach to providing services and I believe in always meeting others where they are at. He is supervised by Tiffany Beshears, LPC- Supervisor.
