About Laura Jackson
Laura is a native Texan who spent many years living coast to coast, raising children, and working in writing and journalism. She completed her undergraduate work at The University of Texas at Austin and later her graduate degree in counseling at Lamar. Laura is grateful for the opportunity to now walk with children, adults, and couples as they seek greater peace and healing. She enjoys bringing art, writing, and play into the therapy room whenever possible. Her ministry roles have included religious education, ACTS, youth ministry, and leading art prayer workshops for teens and adults. She is a parishioner at St. Laurence. Christina Garcia, LPC-Supervisor, supervises her.
