Jenny earned her B.S. in General Psychology (2014) from Capella University and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2022) from Texas Southern University (TSU). Jenny is working towards her PhD CES at Capella University. Jenny served as Secretary of the TSU and Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Committees, the ASERVIC Conference Program Committee, and the Houston Association for Family and Marriage Therapy (HAFMT) Graduate Student Committee. Jenny completed her counseling practicum hours with the support of Break Through Behavioral. Jenny had served in several ministries since 2012 before God called her to serve only in two ministries (as a certified catechist and certified spiritual director) at St. Matthew the Evangelist Catholic Church and Holy Name Passionist Retreat Center. Jenny is passionate about her counseling profession and enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, she can work in groups or with couples and provide family counseling. Charles LaDay, LPC Supervisor, supervises Jenny.
