Heidy was born in Colombia and has lived in Sugar Land since 1995. She is an intake specialist and has a Business She works at the Therésè office. Heidy and her family are parishioners of St Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land, where she currently serves as the Hispanic Ministry Coordinator. She is bilingual.
