About Elizabeth (Liz) Jimenez
She was born and raised in Midland, TX. We lived all over Texas and moved to Fulshear in 2020. She has had a very successful home-based business as a Mary Kay Consultant for 25 years. She is a Stephen Leader/Minister since 2011. She and her husband are parishioners at St. Faustina Catholic Church in Fulshear and Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Wallis. She served as St. Faustina’s 2023 Women’s ACTS Retreat Director and President of the Women of Mercy Group 2021-2023 and an Extraordinary Eucharist Minister of Holy Communion for both parishes. Liz and her husband have been involved with many ministries within the Catholic Church for the past 30+ years. They have 2 adult children, a daughter and grandson with a granddaughter on the way who live in South Carolina and son who is in the United States Navy Reserves and lives in Fulshear for now. Her family is a military family, her husband served in the United States Marine Corp and my son served on a submarine in the United States Navy.
Why I want to work with Gratia Plena:
I had been looking for a position that would help me in helping others. I had seen the position and thought not right now. I had a good friend of mine tell me there was a part time position available with Gratia Plena. I let them know I was interested in the position. Gratia Plena called me for an interview, and it was a very welcoming and peaceful environment. It just felt like I belonged. I am so happy Dr. Ken and Eric offered me the opportunity to work in a wonderful organization.

What I do for fun!
I enjoy traveling and visiting State Parks & RV camping and spending time with my family. I enjoy watching good movies and spending time with my friends. I also enjoy some ME time.
