My Favorite Mental Health Quote:
As the psychologist Carl Rogers put it: “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change.”

Our Lady of Guadalupe, St. Rose of Lima, St. Pope John Paul II, St. Therese of Liseux, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Dismas, St. Peter, St. Theresa of Calcutta…Too many, next question.

What I do for fun!
When I’m not counseling, you will find me baking and catching up on Great British Baking Show, working on a new piano piece, completing one of my many unfinished art projects, outside enjoying nature and listening to my acoustic playlist, or laughing and spending time with family.
