Gratia Plena offers several professionally facilitated support groups. Some of these groups are time-limited, but some are ongoing and open, so people can join and exit anytime. There is usually a small fee for group meetings. Call for more information and to sign up. Please share these resources with others at your church, retreats, or ministry groups.

• High School Girls Group: This time-limited group for high school girls is geared to equip them with improved skills for coping. It will help them learn to manage stress and relationships more effectively. We teach in this group the basics of appropriate self-care and developing and using a support system. There will be two sessions in November (16th and 23rd) and two in December (14th and 21st). The group is held on Saturdays at noon in our Stafford office. Fee is $25 but scholarships are available.

• King David’s Men Group (for adult men regarding sexual integrity issues such as pornography and infidelity). Meets in our Stafford office on Saturdays at 10am. $10 per session but scholarships are available. The group also meets with no fee on some Monday evenings at St. Anthony of Padua in The Woodlands (contact the parish to register for this location)

• Light in the Darkness Group (for senior citizens focusing on overcoming loneliness and isolation). This group will teach coping skills, new perspectives, and communication skills. This group meets on Wednesday mornings at 10am at our office in the Columbus Medical Clinic in Columbus, TX.

• New Beginnings Circle Group (for women who may be struggling with Postpartum Depression). This group meets on Tuesday mornings at 10am at our office in the Columbus Medical Clinic in Columbus, TX. The cost is $240 for the 10-week program, but scholarships are available.

We are happy to organize other groups when there is a particular topic of interest and enough clients to get started.
